| CODE OF CONDUCT |
The Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers Code of Conduct prohibits the use of it’s time, facilities, equipment or supplies for private gain or advantage. It also prohibits any action that could bring Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers into disrepute. This is the basis of the Information Technology User Policy. |

| Personal Use |
Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers should be used only for it’s purposes. Incidental personal use is permissible so long as: |

it only uses a trivial amount of resources; |

it does not interfere with productivity, |

it does not pre-empt any business activities, and |
| 4 |
it is not used to make political, religious or other similar statements to any external recipient or organisation including governments, the press and charities. |

Users are strictly forbidden from using Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers systems for private business activities and are reminded there should never be either the appearance or reality of inappropriate use. |

| SYSTEM ACCESS AND USE |
| Passwords |
Passwords are an essential component o Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers systems. To ensure that these systems do the job they were intended to do, users must choose passwords that are difficult to guess. This means that passwords must not be related to your job or personal life. This also means passwords should not be a single word found in the dictionary or some other part of speech.
Users can choose easily-remembered passwords that are, at the same time, difficult for unauthorized parties to guess, if they: |

shift a word up, down, left or right one row on the keyboard; |

bump characters in a word a certain number of letters up or down the alphabet; |

transform a regular word according to a specific method such as making every other letter a number reflecting its position in the work; |

combine punctuation or numbers with a regular word; |
| 6 |
create acronyms from words in a song; |
| 7 |
deliberately misspell a word (but not a common misspelling), or |

combine a number of personal facts like birth dates and favourite colours. |

To make guessing more difficult, passwords should also be at least eight characters long. To ensure that a compromised password is not misused on a long-term basis, users will be encouraged to change passwords every 30 days. |
Passwords must not be stored in readable form in batch files, automatic log-in scripts, software macros, terminal function keys, in computers without access control systems, or in other locations where unauthorized persons might discover them. Passwords must not be written down and left in a place where unauthorized persons might discover them. Aside from initial password assignment and password "reset" situations, if there is reason to believe that a password has been disclosed to someone other than the authorized user, the password must be immediately changed. |
Passwords must never be shared or revealed to anyone else. To do so exposes the authorized user to taking responsibility for actions that the other party may takes on behalf of the authorized user. |

| Private Information about Customers |
Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers collects private information about potential customers and others. However, users of this site must not collect private information from customers or potential customers without having first obtained their knowledge and consent. |
Before a customer discloses private information, all Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers representatives must inform the customer about the ways that private information will be used. Users of this site must never require the provision of customer private information which is unnecessary for the completion of a transaction, or for the provision of products or services. Customers must be given an opportunity to inform Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers that they do not wish to be contacted via unsolicited direct mail, telemarketing, and related promotions. Shree Vengadeshwaraa Astrologers staff must faithfully observe and act on these customer requests. |
